The China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS hereafter) was held at Shougang Park in Beijing from September 10th to September 19th. Under the annual theme of “Digital Intelligence Leads the Way, Renewing Trade in Services” and guided by the concept of “Global Service, Win-Win Sharing”, this year’s CIFTIS focused on cutting-edge trends in the digitalisation, intelligent transformation, and green development of trade in services. The event showcased the latest achievements and cooperation opportunities in the global trade in services sector.
DCICZ, a National Cultural Export Base, together with leading companies such as Zoland Animation, participated in the CIFTIS again and made a strong showing at the Zhejiang Pavilion. The zone highlighted its latest development and key achievements in digital cultural trade.
During the exhibition, Zoland Animation presented its new epic historical animation, Legend of King Qian. It is the first animation using Wuyue culture as its core narrative theme. Moreover, deeply integrated with the most advanced technology, including AIGC, AI animation, and speech-driven facial animation, it vividly recreates the historical scenes of the Wuyue Kingdom and gained great popularity among visitors.
At the same time, focusing on ACG merchandise economy, Zoland Leyou developed original lifestyle IP character series, including Capybara and Malou and Little Tea Fox and its friends. The debut showcase of YimoTapir’s full product lineup further expanded and enriched its IP ecosystem.
Additionally, the METai platform developed by DCICZ made its debut at CIFTIS. With its comprehensive language services including video translation, cross-language conversion, international dubbing and AI-powered Synthesis, it gained high recognition from both on-site visitors and industry clients.
Through participating in this year’s CIFTIS, DCICZ and Zoland Animation showcased their comprehensive strengths in animation IP development, culture-technology integration and global outreach.
Looking ahead, DCICZ will further advance its exploration and innovation of classic cultural IPs. Through actively empowering the global expression of China’s stories with digital technology and attracting more digital culture enterprises and high-quality content, it aims to boost the development of digital culture trade.
