When a girl is brutally raped and killed, her spirit remains and is looking for revenge. In that same village lives a con artist, Master Boh, and his two disciples. They trick the village to believe that Master Boh is a real shaman. They make fluke guesses on the winning lottery numbers and the villagers start believing them. This makes the owner of the lottery commission very upset and he plans to kill Master Boh. Luckily, the owner is the same man that killed the ghost girl. The two join forces so Master Boh can stay safe and the ghost can get her revenge.
