This series is set in Rubi's kindergarten days, centering on her daily life there. Rubi is a little girl who loves wearing frog-themed outfits — she ’ s quick-witted, enjoys thinking, and often pops up with quirky little ideas, even pulling off the occasional clever trick. For all her mischief, though, she’s a stubborn kid; once she sets a goal, she won’t back down easily. Before long, Rubi is old enough for kindergarten. Like
every new kindergartener, she fusses, clings to her parents, and refuses to go. But a kind, warm teacher takes her hand and leads her into the classroom, helping Rubi see kindergarten isn ’ t scary. The teacher guides her to find joy in kindergarten life, and here, Rubi meets lots of friends with big, unique personalities.
